NBA Hall-of-Famers Steve Nash and Dwyane Wade and NBA and WNBA champs Udonis Haslem and Candace Parker are set to join Prime Video‘s inaugural season of NBA coverage, which tips off in October.They join the previously announced studio team of host Taylor Rooks, and analysts Blake Griffin and Dirk Nowitzki.Haslem, who joins Prime Video from ESPN, will serve as a studio analyst alongside Griffin, Nowitzki, and Rooks for the streaming network’s pre-game, halftime, and post-game NBA coverage. Nash and Parker will join as rotating in-game and studio analysts. Wade will rotate between in-game and studio analyst duties.The arrival of the NBA this fall is part of an 11-year deal that will also give Prime 30 annual exclusive games starting in 2026, including the WNBA Finals.Beginning with the 2025-26 season, Prime Video will present exclusive global coverage of 66 regular-season NBA games including an opening week doubleheader, a new Black Friday NBA game, and all games from the Knockout Rounds of the Emirates NBA Cup including the Championship.Prime Video will also feature exclusive coverage of every game of the postseason SoFi NBA Play-In Tournament, first and second-round playoff games, and Conference Finals in six of the 11 years of the deal. Prime Video will distribute its package of games in the U.S. and internationally, with an expanded package of games in select territories, including Mexico, Brazil, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. The expanded package includes a minimum of 20 additional primetime regular season games each year, a Conference Finals series each year, and the NBA Finals in six of the 11 years.Additional talent and production details for Prime Video’s NBA coverage will be announced in the coming months.
