The news was confirmed by Deniz Sasmaz Oflaz, vice president of local original productions, local channels and streaming operations for Turkey, during last week’s Content London event.Oflaz told delegates her team were already “working heavily” on the changes.The international service will take the place of BluTV, where Discovery had held 35% since 2021, taking full control last year.The replacement of BluTV had been anticipated since the first announcements of Max’s international rollout, where it has combined the former HBO Max with Discovery+.Pricing has not been announced.
