Story from Broadband TV News:

Warner Bros. Discovery is launching TLC in the French market on February 26.

The lifestyle and entertainment channel is aimed at a female audience aged 25-49 and will replace the Discovery Science brand. It runs a mix of medical programmes, paranormal investigations and dating shows.

“We are happy to launch TLC in France, a channel that celebrates diversity and inclusion. We are thus completing our brand portfolio with a new destination for a female audience of 25-49 years old,” comments Clément Schwebig, President of Warner Bros. Discovery Western Europe and Africa.

It has secured distribution through Free, SFR, Parabole Réunion and via the Warner Pass at Prime Video. It will also be deployed in French-speaking territories, notably in Belgium at Proximus and Telenet, in Switzerland at Swisscom, Net+ and Sunrise, as well as in Monaco at Monaco Telecom.
