Eurosport 4k will be available from 26 July to 11 August via Astra (19.2° East) on German DTH satellite platform HD+ on UHD1. The classic Olympic sports of athletics and swimming will form the core of the coverage, alongside gymnastics, volleyball, cycling, canoeing, judo and triathlon.The programmes start on 26 July at 19:30 CEST with the opening ceremony and end with the closing ceremony on 11 August at 21:00 CEST. Astra satellite households require a subscription with an active HD+ channel package to receive UHD1. HD+ reaches the screens via the HD+ TV app, which is integrated in many smart TVs, an HD+ UHD set-top box or the HD+ module.
