An agreement between TVP and Canal Plus means the Polish public service broadcaster will continue to show coverage of the Ekstraklasa football league for another three years.The sub-licensing deal was announced ahead of Sunday’s opening fixture of the new season between Lech Pozna? and Górnik Zabrze.It covers the period up to the 2026-27 season.TVP will be able to show one match per week, often the prime fixture, on either Saturday or Sunday evenings at 5.30pm.Canal Plus retained the rights to the Ekstraklasa in a four-year deal origibally announced in October 2022.
