“Digital services are one of the essential pillars for Czech Television, which allows it to reach the entire society across target groups. The total number of videos viewed on all online platforms of Czech Television last year reached 284 million, which proves that our digital platforms are a popular way to consume public works. They represent a way to deliver content in diverse formats and through modern platforms that meet the changing needs of viewers, which is why we will continue to focus on their significant development,” says Jan Soucek, CEO of Czech Television.

All online platforms of Czech Television recorded 237 million video views, and smart TV applications added another 47 million. Compared to 2023, this is a four percent increase.

Since April 2024, Czech Television content has been available through YouTube. In eight months it has gained 30,000 subscribers and 4.7 million videos viewed.
