Dutch cable operator Ziggo is shutting down the DVB-C distribution. of 15 of its special interest channels.The move includes channels of its Hindi, Arabic, Turkish and Gay Lifestyle bouquets, who from nos on will only be available by IP stream. These channels are also available on the Ziggo mGo app.Customers of the special interest bouquets were all given the Next Mini set-top box, which offers IP reception. Ziggo already offers its French and Italian language channel bouquets on IP only, requiring viewers to use the Mediabox Next or Next Mini STB.Ziggo’s Hinidi bouquet consists of six channels, Utsav Plus, Utsav Gold, Zee TV, Zee Cinema, Zing and SET Asia. The Turkish bouquet offers Show Turk, Euro D, Euro Star, news channel Haber Turk, TV8, TRT Cocuk, TRT Muzik and ATV Avrupa. The Gay Lifestyle package offers Out TV and gay adult channel X-Mo.
