Disney has reportedly held talks with Gautam Adani and Sun TV Network owner Kalanithi Maran to sell its linear television business and digital streaming platform in India.

The entertainment giant is currently exploring various possibilities, including selling some of its operations or a mix of assets, according to Bloomberg.

The report further states that the discussions are in preliminary stages. Disney, Sun TV and the Gautam Adani-controlled Adani group, did not respond to the speculation.
